The Elan Heights Luxury Apartments project was completed ahead of schedule due to the quick installation of Versa-Dek® Composite floor panels.

Versa-Dek® long-span composite floors create open spans without increasing floor slab thickness.

Versa-Dek® long-span composite floors are UL fire-endurance rated for two hours without additional spray-on or gypsum materials.

The Versa-Dek® Composite floor system frees up living spaces with open spans and more space-efficient floor-to-ceiling heights.

With the cold-formed steel load-bearing wall and shoring in place, Versa-Dek® panels were set, screwed onto the bearing walls, and the concrete was poured.

Versa-Dek® LS ES steel deck includes an additional minor rib stiffener along the flat dovetail shape to create a tighter linear-plank ceiling aesthetic.

The 2-inch dovetail composite deck profile used in the Elan Heights project creates narrow floors that extend unsupported up to 28 feet wall-to-wall.

Versa-Dek® Composite deck provided the desired design intent, improved space planning, streamlined construction, and cut costs on the Elan Heights project.
