Our longest-spanning composite floor solution capable of reaching 36 feet with slabs as shallow as 7 inches, Deep-Dek® Composite steel floor deck makes wide open interior spaces possible for steel construction. The deep-ribbed steel deck profile creates a dramatic aesthetic while providing tensile strength to the composite slab. Deep-Dek® Composite features patented side-lap connections to achieve its composite bond with light- or regular-weight concrete toppings.

Deep-Dek® Composite deck is available in three profile depths, in both standard and cellular configurations. Deep-Dek® Cellular Composite deck is available with acoustical treatments with NRC ratings up to 1.00.

Deep-Dek^® Cellular Composite

Deep-Dek® Cellular Composite deck is fabricated as a double hat width assembly with an integrated liner panel welded in place, creating a 24-inch coverage unit. The integrated liner panels convert the deep-fluted appearance of Deep-Dek® to a smooth aesthetic with subtle shadow lines. Available with or without acoustical options. Deep-Dek® Cellular Composite Acoustical provides an NRC value up to 1.00.
