Nevins Street Apartments is a new 10-story mixed-use development that provides affordable and supportive housing, making a meaningful difference in the lives of limited-income adults, those with intellectual developmental disorders, and individuals with mental illness. Located in Downtown Brooklyn and covering 14,000 square feet, this project is about more than just composite deck – it’s about building the foundation for a more connected community.
